Air Ring: The unique flow design of our air ring eliminates film chatter while uniformly providing the air volume needed for high production speeds, optical properties and thickness control are also improved. Built based on a latest new design, the air ring stands out for its exceptional efficiency on double lip production for LLDPE and LDPE as well as single lip for HDPE.
Fabricated in a special aluminum alloy, it is machined with great care to avoid turbulence. Hoses with tangential inlets leading from the air box to the ring provide an even, turbulence free flow of air. The blower-system is dimensioned in accordance with volume and pressure requirements to supply the system with its cooling needs.
Screw:
Our screw can be designed either for high output plastification of specific
polymers or for general purpose and versatile application.
Screws with
diameter 25 to 150mm have proven flexibility and versatility of our
basic concept.
Die: We supply mono- & co-extrusion dies for single & up to three layer film structures, with die sizes from 10 to 1200mm, stationary and rotating. Our dies are based on the spiral mandrel system, the layout criteria are low pressure drop, low melt temperature, equal flow distribution, good purging & also, quick color change.
Structure is combined with ultra precision producing, high quality steel, surface treatment and coating.
Oscillating Nip Roller Device :
Oscillating nip roll system mainly conquers the troublesome rotary die maintenance problems which happens for several decades, in addition, also provides the most efficient way to randomize gauge variations which caused by ambient drafts, it results in smooth and perfect production roll to the most.
Co-Extrusion Die: 1.According to 3-layer co-extrusion die, the material composition can be two-layer of A+B structure, three-layer of A+B+C or A+B+A. 2.Die is made of high quality alloyed steel with nitride & quenching treatment to make sure non-transformed of material under high temperature. 3.Flow channels are hard chrome plated & highly polished treatment can provide flow channels smoothly & material non-obstructed. 4.The design of die improves uniform of film thickness & produces superior products.
